Frequencies: the language of the cells

Listening to this frequencies is attracting feelings and thoughts that resonate with this frequency. On a cellulair level frequencies are the most direct form of communication.

If you're a sceptic, than sceptic thoughts may overrule the healing frequencies. As been said: Paradise is a choice.

There are 3 types of Brainwave Entrainment of differing popularity:
1. Binaural Beats, the most commonly known type of Brainwave Entrainment. Binaural beats are two slightly differently pitched frequencies, and each hits each ear independently. When this happens, the brain responds by creating a third tone to make up the difference between the two. Binaural tones have been tested and researched. They have been scientifically proven to be effective, having a powerful effect on mental, physical and emotional health, and well-being.

2. Isochronic Tones, the second most commonly known type of Brainwave Entrainment

Isochronic tones are computer generated, rhythmically pulsed beats that safely, gently and effectively guide and entrain the brain to the most optimal brainwave frequencies.
In 1981, Arturo Manns published a study showing the effectiveness of isochronic tones as a means of audio-based brainwave entrainment. Authors described many more uses of entrainment, which included meditation and enhancing creativity. Studies in the 1990s explored the potential of using entrainment with ADD and learning disorders. Current research shows that brainwave entrainment can help with chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic pain, Seasonal Affective Disorder, hypertension and a number of other disorders.

3. Monaural Beats, the third most commonly known type of Brainwave Entrainment
