Road to Paradise

Of all political-economic systems mankind came up with capitalism. It turned out to be the most effective. That is: For the evolutionary state mankind as a whole has reached.
Scaling this stage to that of a person: Mankind is like a thirteen year old kid.
Let me explain: If you want your son or daughter to do the dishes you will not succeed by explaining that everyone in the household has to contribute. And you'd better avoid the word ‘responsibility’. Kids are not ready to understand the meaning. For them responsibility equals 'being forced' or ‘slavery’. You’ll be more successful by saying: ‘And if you do so you'll earn a dime’.
This is in essence why capitalism works.
There is a lot of work out there that nobody would do for fun; out of free will. Therefore people are rewarded with a salary. The reward, money, is disconnected from the activity (a connected reward is when the work in itself is satisfying). So the money reward takes away responsibility. Adults are treated like children. And their ‘parents’, the guys who run the industry, too act like children. They play games. Instead of making people happy, their aim is to collect coins. To make money. Profit. That’s why they don’t strive to make the best product, which would contribute to more happiness, they rather fabricate the best-selling product.
That’s why fifty percent or more, of all energy and effort, is invested in convincing the consumer why their product should be bought. All this energy could be spared by just making the best product. Then advertising wasn’t needed. Everybody would buy this perfect product.
Aiming for happiness
Changing the principle of aiming for profit in aiming for happiness can only be done by the industry itself. By the people in power.
For example. The biggest company would then start with producing a car of ultimate design that can’t breakdown and runs on free energy. This would mean the end of the car industry within ten years. In this short time the company would make enough money for all employees to live a happy live ever after. The firm could then start with producing a complete different product. Let’s say indestructible houses in pyramid form, gaining enough energy for 25 households. All this super products would lead to an enormous unemployment. In the end. Big deal. The unemployed people would have no costs. With their indestructible houses and cars and free energy. All dirty work would be done by computers, robots and machines. People would have plenty of time to grow their own food.
How to enjoy most
We have forgotten what the ideal world looks like. Forgotten were to strive for. In a perfect world there are no boring jobs. That’s why we invented machines. Not to make money, but to make life as comfortable as possible.
Our aim should be to produce perfect machines. Like all ‘products’ in nature are perfectly designed. Another example of nature we can follow: Everything in nature happens effortless. Without striving. While we seem to appreciate struggle and reward hard working. Instead of the moral ‘Do what you’re told. Work!’ the moral could be ‘How to enjoy most’. The same moral the upper-class already holds for ages. Since they came into power they immediately started enslaving people for doing the hard work. And this enslaving continued in a moral enslaving after abolishing the factual slavery. ‘Working hard is good!’
The church adapted this moral. According to the church the reward for following commands of superiors will follow in the afterlife.
Mistresses
At the moment even the people in power don't strive for their own happiness, they strive for more money, t.i. more power. And because that is their chief aim they act like little children. They enjoy to screw their competition. Which is like the joy of a toddler stepping on the sandcastle of his elder brother. Their joy lays in having more than others. And in being important and respected. In return they are hated. They lack love. They don’t know for sure if their wives love them, or their children. They buy love from mistresses and spend on their kids to bond them.
Destination 'Joy'
My point is: We are walking the road, just to walk the road. Why not add a destination?
Paradise. Let us write this destination in our collective navigation system. And change current aim ‘money’, for ‘joy’.
Why does no government step in?
Because the industry rules the governments, no one will stand up for the people. The banker, the institute with the most money, is in charge. If not money (=power) was the aim, but happiness, then the leader would be the one who is capable of bringing the most joy and wellness to the most people.
At the moment all mighty men, decision makers, have an interest in keeping people unsatisfied. And dependent. That’s the only way to stay in power.
Happy, satisfied people don’t need leaders to protect them. Like healthy people don't need medicine, and conscious people don’t need products. To keep the system alive and running it's best to have an unhappy majority. Stressed.
Way out
Because no-one suggests a way out we're trapped in a wrong believe. A paradigm.
Why not stimulate self-empowerment. Self-realization. Make the most of yourself. Be a creator.
At the moment we don’t give attention to perfection. We don't even recognize it because all things that are perfect are left out of economy. That’s why we don't value the best. All perfect things are free. They have no owner. Like earth itself, nature, the sun. All these perfect machines. And how about this beautiful creature, this organic machine that turns everything it eats in a human being?
